Galmarley will not transfer your personal data to any country other than those that have been granted an adequacy decision under the General Data Protection Regulation. Where we share your personal data with third-party organisations, we take all reasonable measures to ensure they are also fully compliant with data protection law.
To meet its commitments under UK law, Galmarley will retain information about users for a period of at least 5 but no more than 10 years from the cessation of business (taken to be the closure of all BullionVault accounts held by those users), after which time any personal data regarding those users is deleted from BullionVault's computers.
