LONDON, 20 January 2017 – Data and analysis from BullionVault features today in a report from finance professionals' site CityWire on the top tips for 2017.
Looking at gold amongst 6 other key assets, "The year-end sentiment among American and European investors was the highest since 2012," CityWire says, quoting BullionVault's Gold Investor Index of customer trading.
With 2017 bringing a raft of political and financial risks, "gold is likely to regain favour with fund managers," the article quotes BullionVault head of research Adrian Ash.
"[But] private investors aren't waiting for consensus to turn around...[and] continue buying insurance at a discount to the Brexit peak hit last July."
