Morningstar: How Gold Got to $5000

LONDON, 25 January 2026 − Financial news and ratings site Morningstar tonight leads its latest report on the surging price of gold and silver with comment from BullionVault.  

Last week's performance in gold "was the strongest since the depths of the COVID crisis in 2020," says the report, quoting BullionVault.
