LONDON, 12 September 2016 – The Financial Times' specialist FT Adviser magazine today quotes BullionVault head of research Adrian Ash in a special report on 'Investing in Multi-Asset'.
Highlighted as the 'Expert View' amongst financial advisers and fund managers also quoted, Adrian says that "Gold tends to do well when other assets fail to perform, but it does best when people lose faith in central banks."
Here in 2016, that means that monetary policy "make[s] gold bugs of us all when they try desperate experiments to claim some pretence of control over the economy or markets."
